Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the work. During this time of uncertainty, I have started teaching small (4 people) group classes on my deck so that people can still work out with other people while staying safe. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people and always love adapting my program to new clients.

Much more than just a workout!
Alisa’s expertise goes beyond her training as a Bikram Yoga and Hot Pilates certified teacher. As COVID hit I found myself without my beloved gym routine. When I met Alisa all that changed. She said to me “ we can come out of this either a moth or a butterfly”, so I chose the latter. Alisa opened my eyes to the world of Yoga and Pilates and my body has benefited from the results working with muscle groups I never even thought about! I was a gym rat yes, but was not seeing the benefits. Alisa’s workout is a hybrid of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and HIIT, and my body has responded from it without the knee crushing injuries I have experienced from the past. I look forward to working out weekly with her and never want to miss a class. It’s more than just keeping our bodies in shape but our mental health as well.
